Return acceptance

We generally accept returns within 120 days after you place your order. Both New and slightly used products are accepted for return.

Generally, buyers need to cover the shipping cost of  sending back the products, Buyers need to provide us with a tracking number when items are shipped.

Refund arrival time

We will promptly assist you in resolving the matter by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
